Use Plugins in UE4 Preview 4.20

Is it possible to use a Marketplace Plugin in the UE4 Preview 4.20 ( The Plugin I like to use is for 4.19 ) ? Or is there a Workaround I could try? Otherwise, I cannot test the Preview as I would like to do :slight_smile:
