Use Datasmith to render in Blender 3D

Is it possible to use Unreal Engine’s Datasmith to translate assets created in PTC CREO into FBX files?
Those FBX files will be used in promotional presentations that will have the final rendering done in Blender 3d?
Does that constitute a breach of EULA?

Yes! Note, however, that certain assets made available by Epic must only be used in Unreal Engine (“UE-Only Assets”). These will be designated as for use within UE only on their marketplace listings or product page.
