USDCore crashing during client/server builds followup

Through a bit of debugging of our own, it looks like the crash is occuring on the RDTSCP instruction, which we then confirmed is indeed disabled on our VM

So presumably something inside the USD stuff or TBB12.dll is trying to use RDTSCP and that could be why it’s bombing. I will follow up in a day or two when we can enable this instruction in our VM to confirm if this is indeed the issue.
