hello, I have a big problem with the island creation program, I have been stuck at step 3 for almost 3 weeks!!! I sent a message to the assistance support, who say that I cannot integrate the program at the moment because I was part of the creator support program in chapter 1 and I lost my creator code following a redesign while I have never broken any rules!
I think that’s a shame! while it’s pqs the same program!
Has anyone else had this problem?

J’ai fait une demande déjà, mais y sont incapable de me répondre…y me disent simplement que les réinscription ne sont pas disponible alors que ce n’est pas le même programme…
I have a problem, basically I have been playing Fortnite for a year and creative for over a week and it won’t let me become a part of the island creator program and that is really bad because I have been working on my island and fixing bugs for about 3 weeks now and I really would appreciate if the support team could get back to me and help me become part of the island creator program
