Urgent: Ongoing Payment Delays and Unreceived June 30 Payout

My payments have been consistently delayed for the past 3 months, and I expect an explanation regarding this. Today is the 16th of the month. Although the payout report states that the payment was made on June 30th, I still haven’t received it.

Welcome to the waiting club—the last successful payment for those who didn’t change their payment details was in May, and for those who did, it was back in April.
I think this is already the third, maybe fourth thread on this topic, and in none of them have I seen any responses from the community managers.
I’ve been writing to support every week, and it seems to me that they’ve gotten tired of it themselves and have started responding to me less often.
There’s no specific information. All I’ve managed to find out over the past month is that the money is undergoing a “legal review,” and there are no estimated timelines.
I’m sure there would be less panic if at least one staff member had written to say that there was a delay with offline payments.
