I want to address the current payment situation for Russian creators, and I’m checking to see if the same is true for creators in Turkey. I will follow up with an update for Turkey as soon as possible.
Due to the manual nature of payments to users not supported by our payout provider (Hyperwallet), all payment info must be reviewed by our Legal team prior to payments being sent each month. This is to ensure that we are in compliance with all laws and regulations associated with sending payments to users paid manually. Unfortunately, this can occasionally lead to delays in payments being processed, as has occurred with the most recent payout. This delay impacts all users who receive manual payouts, not just those who updated their payout information. We expect that all reviewed and approved payouts will be processed within 2 weeks from today, and it can take a few days to be processed by your bank.
