Any attempt to log in using the URCv2 CLI fails. This is a URC regression, as URCv1 was able to open the Epic authentication page correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the CLI in your project dir
- Type
urc2 loginorurc2 auth login
Expected Result
Typing urc2 login should open the EpicGames login / authorization page and let you connect to URC without UEFN opened
Observed Result
404 - urc-auth-uefn.live.ucs.on.epicgames.com page can’t be found
