URC project corruption, Landscape dirty edits and unwanted check-ins

Summary

Logs attached show a project that has corrupted actors after syncing to latest version, also landscape proxies cause dirty edits and in one case, I checked in those dirty edits without actually doing it (locked another member).

Steps to Reproduce

When having a URC project, turn off URC, do some edits, then without closing UEFN, turn it on

Expected Result

Everything syncs correctly, no project corruption

Observed Result

Button “repair actors” appears, which causes syncing issues (have to close UEFN instead to fix), landscape causes dirty edits and wants to be saved and checked in again.

Additional Notes

We turn off revision control to increase speed of work. Most of the times it works, but in complex projects with multiple users, issues like these appear. Either make URC not lag UEFN so much, or improve compatibility when re-enabling it.
