URC corrupts level if you both have it open and you sync changes (button to repair actors)

Summary

When you have a level and someone else syncs edits to that level, when they add a new asset that didn’t exist before, it will not show in the level and it will give a message to repair actors, and if you press that it will corrupt the project (you have to restart UEFN for it to work)

Steps to Reproduce

Two users on the same level, one adds new content and places in scene, then other syncs. Not sure if it happens all the time, but if the issue happens, the second user would get a message to repair actors instead of the changes showing

Expected Result

Changes show in level after you sync

Observed Result

Message “repair actors” shows, if you press it it corrupts project (desyncs content for URC, dont know specifics). You need to restart UEFN to see changes.
