4th time is happens, we need it to be uncapped again, or at least go back to 14MB (currently at 3MB for me, with 1Gbps down 500Mbps up)

Load into live edit with a large project and see the upload rate (I am on Eastern Europe btw)
Expected Result
Upload rate is 14Mb+
Observed Result
Upload rate is 3MB
