I have been using my full + floating licence on Reality Capture 1.2 for some time. Now I want to upgrade my RC to version 1.3. Would this update affect my licence in any way? Can I again enter to RC new version with my licence without problems or does the licence get associated with the machine AND version? Thanks.

upgrade won’t affect your license. After update you should be able to use the license as before (even without re-login).
License is associated to the machine/version only for offline activation. In that case new license file needs to be created. But as you are using floating license (which is online) it is not your case.
