Update to UEFN 36.00 brakes lighting?

Summary

After the latest update my lighting has dramatically changed. I am using the environment light rig device. There appears to be another light in the level that I can’t identify (I have only the one directional light that comes with the light rig) in there.
When I toggle “Disable all time of day managers” in the world settings off/on ,the old, good lighting seems to come back for a second, then that weird light overblows everything.

Steps to Reproduce

This happened after updating to version 36.00

Expected Result

The lighting should be unchanged.

Observed Result

The lighting has completely changed , the map is completely overlit.
