In UE 4.10, the following statement
UMaterialExpressionFresnel::StaticClass();
will result in a link error:
error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "private: static class UClass * __cdecl UMaterialExpressionFresnel::GetPrivateStaticClass(wchar_t const *)"
