Unreasonably High GPU Usage in UEFN causes stuttering

Performance in UEFN has been noticeable worse recently and I decided to look into it. I opened a blank scene in UE5.1.1 and UEFN and opened a blank material graph. Below are the performance graphs.

As you can see UEFN is hitting 99% sustained GPU loads whilst in a blank project with the material graph open. This causes noticeable performance issues including stuttering video playback on my second monitor. The same setup in UE5.1.1 hits 52% and there is no noticeable performance issues. Since they’re basically the same engine, with UEFN being a stripped down UE5.1.1, it’s weird that the GPU usage is double in UEFN over UE5.1.1.
