Unreal Volumetic fog override Like maya Primary Visibility

Hello ! I’m studying urneal in korea, I making a scene, about Danceshow
I want to know override function in unreal, beacause I want to make like this scene. (under photo)

It looks like spotlight under the Character.
So, I guessed like this. The character override, volumetric fog in Spot light.
Just like Primary Visibility in maya function.
But I can’t find founction …
My Character is buried in the fog like under photo.

Plz tell me wise answer to solve the problem .
