UNREAL UE4 - Anti Aliasing problem with detailed meshes and normals, why?

Hi, my character has lot of armor details, when camera moves far there is some points when this details start to show weird moving lines, and i discovered this problem was caused by anti aliasing, i tried to vary my render anti-aliasing method, the best one: “temporalAA”, with this method the weird lines become smoother, then i raised my scalability AA settings to Epic, both helped me to fix 70% of the problem, BUT when camera moves far, there is still points when moving lines appear.

Why it happens, how to fix it?

I dont think raising AA to epic it´s a solution, if my mesh wont be looking aceptable until epic quality, players wont be able to play with any other setting.

Using LODs can reduce these kinds of artifacts.
