Hi, I also encountered this problem today. I have tried different connections and networks. Also, I have restated the launcher without any success.
Something seems to have triggered a rise in these issues over the past day. We are investigating.
Started getting the following error myself. Nothing has changed in my environment. Tried different engine versions (4.19/4.20). No success.
Our entire office of users (3 of us) are all getting this issue happening to us today, with a tight deadline coming up.
We’ve signed in under our office accounts and personal accounts for those of use that are also signed up, both accounts have beta access.
i have the same issue today “Something went wrong. We were unable to verify your access to the plugin before timing out.” Doesn’t work on 4.19.2 non on 4.20.3
same curse happened. before today everything worked just fine, I am located in China using a anti-Virus software called Kingsoft. I wonder if it’s possible that the problem is on Epic’s side.
And another one; same message. I updated to 4.20.3, AV Defender for anti virus. I went through the list of network troubleshooting but no result.
yep same here, i’m in the middle of a project (deadline) i so don’t need this (unreal amount of stress), working just fine yesterday and today bang, getting the something went wrong message after i try to import with datasmith. im now left with the notion can i really trust this software ?
I guess everyone is having this issue today…
