Unreal Studio - Stuck on Entitlement Check

Hi, I also encountered this problem today. I have tried different connections and networks. I updated to 4.20.3, AV Defender for anti virus. I went through the list of network troubleshooting but no result. Also, I have restated the launcher without any success.
