Unreal Revision Control connection error

Summary

Unreal Revision Control suddenly not working anymore, the project is not synchronized and I can’t enable it. Each time I try to reconnect, this message appear: “Connection error: The Unreal Revision Control project could not be accessed. This could be related to the connection or authorization. Please inspect the logs for more details”

Steps to Reproduce

Open a project. Revise or check if the URC is connected.

Expected Result

The URC should be connected if it’s enabled, as in other projects.

Observed Result

The project should be connected to Unreal Revision Control, but it isn’t. When trying to connect it, an error appears and it’s not possible to reconnect.

Hi @markez_9 I’m Garren from the URC team - It looks as though you’re hitting an authorization error, happy to help you get to the bottom of this.

For starters, can you please zip and send your logs folder that can be found at: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\UnrealEditorFortnite\Saved\Logs

Also, can you confirm the following:

• Are you getting this connection error on all projects or just this one?
• Have you tried logging out and back in to your account in the editor and/or Epic Games Launcher?
• Do you have more than one user account that you switch between?

Thanks for the response! I have a question, its first time exploring this folder hahah. The logs from today you mean? or what logs specially.

I opened at least 2 other projects and they were OK, without any connection error.

No, I haven’t tried to log out… Could have been because a WIFI connection lost? I wasn’t at the pc when this happened but my WIFI connection have been giving troubles theesedays.. idk.

And no, I have just this account…
