Unreal + Oculus = black artifacts

it’s only a little bit slow, but there is a problem: it is not only looks like TV in dark space sometimes, there is a black frequently pulsing vertical rectangular shapes in the right part of screen even when i am not moving. It is annoying effect but with medium repitability. (from start to start - it appears and disappears). They are visible in right oculus monitor, but not on the “mirror texture” on the usual display.
There is no such effects while I’m running different Oculus Demos.
On the previous Oculus there were not such problem.

So I cannot determine exactly whether it is a hardware or software effect.
Is such bug known and how I may fix it?
