Unreal Laucher alway show I didn't subscription?????

Hi,I have already subscription unreal 4.
but when I run Unreal launcher,this application always show I need subscribe.

I tryed many times…

Download the new QFE executable from here: http://cdn.unrealengine.com/qfe/UnrealEngineLauncher-QFE-FromCL2031728.zip

Replace the executable in "Unreal Engine\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64" with the executable in the zip file.

Modify the shortcut on your desktop to pass in the following commandline: "-CPLabel=QFE2", note that the QFE part is case sensitive.

I was follow this lead,but it’s always show“Download error,Retry?”

I retry again and again,but it’s always error.
