after I change DX12 to DX11 and deferred rendering to forward rendering in the project settings.I’ll have to wait for half of an hour for the project to open.(every time)
but if I change back to DX12 and deferred rendering (they are default settings )this problem will fix.I was looking for methods for better performance on older device.i think I should forward rendering. but half hour to open project is not acceptable! I’m begging for help!

i fixed it.after the project is opened and everything is stable press Ctrl + Shift + S to save all. Close and open the project won’t compile shaders again. Not sure if this operation really related but now I no problem for now.
