Unreal Engine render management

Is it possible to somehow tap into the part of Unreal Engine that handles rendering and use some sort of open source render management tool like OpenCue to distribute the render job across a cluster of servers that have Nvidia RTX GPU’s?

I noticed that Thinkbox Deadline supports Unreal, as well as some others but what I need is to tap into that render job data and work on it from a software development standpoint; but I’m not sure where exactly to start.
