So I have been working in Unreal Engine 4.9.1 when I noticed this lighting glitch, any help? There are no lights besides my sky map 
I would remove the skylight

Did you rebuild your lighting?
yes, i rebuilt my lighting and that did not work. What I ended up doing to fix it was moving the whole map down a little and that somehow fixed the problem.
Have you rebuilt the light after you moved the level? -> because otherwise it could be that the problem will appear again, because you will just see the preview light. Otherwise just set your lights to dynamic
