Summary
My Epic account is not receiving the Unreal Engine entitlement. Inside the Epic Games Launcher on Windows 11, the Unreal Engine > Library tab shows no engine versions, and both the “Install Engine” and “+” buttons are completely unresponsive. The EULA never pops up. The launcher logs explicitly report found 0 entitled apps and Navigation Stopped. Already at location.
PC Specifications:
• OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9
• RAM: 32 GB Corsair DDR5
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Troubleshooting Already Attempted:
• Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher client.
• Cleared the launcher’s webcache app data folders.
• Ran the application with elevated Administrator privileges.
• Logged out, logged back in, and re-verified account credentials.
• Attempted a legacy installer downgrade, which routinely errors out and rolls back at 70%.
This is a clean, modern system where all other software, updates, and installation permissions work flawlessly. The issue is strictly isolated to the Epic client’s inability to fetch the engine catalog for this account. Please verify my account status on the backend and manually push the Unreal Engine license entitlement to my profile.

Other
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into the Epic Games Launcher on Windows 11.
- Navigate to the Unreal Engine > Library tab.
- Click either the yellow “+” button or the “Install Engine” button.
Expected Result
The Unreal Engine EULA should appear, allowing an engine version to be selected, downloaded, and installed.
Observed Result
Nothing happens. The UI remains completely static, no version slot appears, and the buttons act as dead zones due to the backend entitlement failure.

• Completely clearing the webcache app data folders
• Launching the application with elevated Administrator privileges
• Logging out, logging back in, and re-verifying account credentials
• Attempting a legacy installer downgrade, which routinely errors out and rolls back at 70%
Since this issue is isolated to the Epic client’s inability to fetch the engine catalog for this account, please verify my account status on the backend and manually push the Unreal Engine license entitlement to my profile.
