Unreal Engine Forum Accounts Issue

I have been trying to access my original forum account: Profile - Kaitlyn_AM - Unreal Engine Forums

However, when I sign into the forum through my gmail then it creates anew account (the one I am sending this message from)

I tried to sign in with another email (SteampunkSkull@hotmail.com) to see if I could access another original account without my real name:

However, it creates a new account instead:

I would like to gain access to the Kaitlyn_AM account and delete all the other ones. I thought my gmail was linked to the Kaitlyn_AM forum account but it created the Kaitlyn_AM1 account instead. How could this be resolved?
