Summary
When i load in a new project, it all loads in fine until it is all loaded, i can move around and move other things around. But when i try to hover my mouse on top of anyting like file, edit, window, tools, or right mouse click , the setting menu basicly everything that has a dropdown menu or every menu in general. In that menu where u normaly click on things i just see some screenshot of the top left corner from Unreal Engine. i have already tryed older versions and driver updates but cant seem to fix it.
