Unreal engine Doesn't use gtx 1650 with direct x12

Hello, I have installed ue5.0.3 and 5.1 on my laptop. my laptop isn’t powerfull for massive UE projects. its GPU is GTX1650.

my drivers are studio drivers and they are the latest version.
here is the problem :
whenever I use direct x12, Unreal doesn’t use GTX 1650 at all(not even intel UHD graphics). it uses Ram and CPU only. but with direct x 11 it uses GTX1650 too. the problem with direct x 11 is that the lighting is always preview(“preview” is written on walls) and it wants “build lighting” every time and usually when I build lighting everything breaks down .
it doesn’t use gtx for rending too
is there any way to work with gtx1650 and direct x12?
my friend has rtx and he hasn’t this issue with UE

Is DX12 working correctly, I think it may be related to your windows version.

How can I know my dx12 is working correctly?
