Unreal engine animation is shaking

all my animations made in blender are getting “shaky” in unreal.
See better in the video
I’m publishing this here because I’ve been trying to resolve this for weeks, I’ve already given up several times due to not getting any results.

I’m leaving links to several people who are having the same problems

my old topic

Assuming you’ve played with a variety of toggles in blender export and unreal import, does your skeleton contain constraints?

For everyone who is having this problem, I think I finally solved it.
I don’t know exactly why but Unreal doesn’t leave this option active by default.
When you import animation , turn on “Preserve Local Transforms”.
Open the animation in unreal.
on the left side under “asset details” look for “compression”
Change compressions to “DefaultAnimBoneCompression”
and “DefaultAnimCurvesCompession”
Also, be careful when exporting the blender animation, leave the “simplify” at 0
