I’m exporting some animations from Blender to Unreal, but in Unreal the animation is getting “paused” as if the keyframe curves were linear, the character seems to teleport sometimes. watch the video I posted on YouTube
I think I finally solved it.
I don’t know exactly why but Unreal doesn’t leave this option active by default.
When you import animation , turn on “Preserve Local Transforms”.
Open the animation in unreal.
on the left side under “asset details” look for “compression”
Change compressions to “DefaultAnimBoneCompression”
and “DefaultAnimCurvesCompession”
Also, be careful when exporting the blender animation, leave the “simplify” at 0
