I am having issues setting the VAT code to my unreal engine account for my company.
I have a valid VAT code that can be validated with the EU website https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
This VAT code was activated on my company yesterday, do I have to wait a bit longer to be reflected within your system / third party systems ?

The format you have entered you VAT number is incorrect any country must have the COUNTRY CODE first then 10 digits

I have the same issue, checked both EU VAT and Austrian VAT still nothing. What can i do here?
I apparently a digit might be missing but we this has been our VAT correctly for years. We only have 8 digits, as you can see below in my screenshots. Can someone in support attach the vat to our account, since its correct that way?

Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer (UID-Nummer): Formatted as ATU99999999, comprising 11 characters: the country code AT, followed by the letter U, and an 8-digit unique identifier. AT denotes Austria. U stands for Umsatzsteuer (VAT). The 8-digit number is a unique identifier for the business.
However it has been input correctly, your database needs to be reviewed.
