Unreal Engine account difficulties in setting the VAT code information

Hi,

I am having issues setting the VAT code to my unreal engine account for my company.

I have a valid VAT code that can be validated with the EU website https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

This VAT code was activated on my company yesterday, do I have to wait a bit longer to be reflected within your system / third party systems ?

We are having a similar issue, and would appreciate advice from Epic about how to get past this issue.

The format you have entered you VAT number is incorrect any country must have the COUNTRY CODE first then 10 digits
