Try installing version UE5.0.3, that’s how it establishes the connection with the site. And then you can uninstall this version and keep only the latest version 5.3.1.
Personally I have Windows 10 and I tried everything to make it work, but nothing, until I installed a previous version. Even version 5.2. didn’t work.
