unreal engine 5.1 is lagging sometimes freezing and also use little cpu and no gpu usage!

(have low end pc but it was working well because i use minimum graphic settings but i opened it 3days ago and found this problem

tried to find a solution but nothing so i migrate all assets to a new project and it worked!
