When i try to build it with VS i get these: error system unothorised access exception: access to the path xxxxxxxx win64\UEEditor.exe is denied

I am using windows 10 (i guess the final build since they release tomorrow). Is this some sort of windows permissions or something else?

VS2015 is not yet supported in UE 4.9 Preview. We expect experimental support via in the final 4.9.0 release. This will be fully supported in a future release (possibly 4.10).

UE 4.9 is expected to run on Windows 10, but has not been thoroughly tested. Please let us know if you encounter any unique issues.

DX12 has some early integration in 4.9, but is very experimental at this stage. To enable it, you run the editor on Windows 10 with the -D3D12 parameter.

  • Some materials stay gray. They compile correctly, but once applied on a mesh they just stay with the gray default material…

It is built into the Parallax Mapping Function, by default Occlusion Mapping is turned off for performance reasons but it can be accessed via the same material function as a bool.
