Unreal Engine 4.7 doesn't records movies at epic graphics

Everytime I record any movie from unreal engine 4 matinee, the video is recorded on low setting. How can I record the video at epic setting?
Unreal Engine 4.4 used to record movies at epic graphics but unreal engine 4.7 isn’t recording at epic graphics.

Strange that I’ve just encountered this thing today and it ate my very good 5 hours until moderator Jacky pointed out that a restart of the engine or the computer fixes it. In my case, restarting the computer fixed the problem.
