Unreal Engine 4.21.2 + MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 + Xcode 11.1 Source Build Problems

Hello, i met some problem trying to build c++ UE4.21 project on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 using Xcode 11.1.

ERROR: Couldn’t find target rules file for target ‘ShaderCompileWorker’ in rules assembly ‘UE4Rules, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’.

ERROR: Action graph contains cycle!

Could anyone shed light on this problem?
