Have almost every day same problem… loosing my time waiting to open…

Yeah, I got the same SAP Litmos message. When I try to login to the learning portal it redirects me to a Litmos page, where it says it will send me a list of URLs I am allowed to see if I enter my email address. Epic Games knows my email address, so I’m not falling for that!

In the bottom right there is a little error sign: something about invalid address or something. Probably scheduled maintenance or something, but on a Friday night, it seems like an odd time to be doing that. Hope it doesn’t last long.

Same here… I can’t access to the learning pages. Of course I don’t give any information to Litmos. I’ll try later.

I haven’t been able to login for weeks either. It keeps on redirecting me to this link which gives me an empty page literally: https://www.epicgames.com/id/login?c…onse_type=code

Let get this sorted! Can you please send this message in email to UOLSupport@Epicgames.com ? This will help us capture the problem and track its resolution in case someone else has a similar issue.

Hey ,

I fixed the issue by logging in via my Silk browser on my Amazon Fire tablet. Now it correctly signs me in on my Google Chrome browser on my Windows 10 PC, that I usually use.

I’m having the same issue.

I can sign in on the main unrealengine.com page and then click on Learninng and Support on the top menu to get here:
Unreal Online Learning - Unreal Engine

When I click the Get Started button I get redirected to:
https://login-academy.unrealengine.com/Register/Form

Which prompts me for details about what industry I work in , what my job role is, timezone. Once click ‘Start Learning Now’ to submit that form I get redirected to:
https://login-academy.unrealengine.com/Register/PleaseTryAgain

Which shows the message in “There was an issue logging in. Please try again in a few minutes.”

Tried on both Firefox and Chrome. Cleared cookies for all unrealengine.com sub-domains and logged back in. No change.

Hi guys, I have the same issue. I have mailed Unreal Online Learning support like suggested on the first page of this thread. I will update once I know more.

Same issue here - Seems to be a common factor of having changed the email address for the account in the past?

Same here. Been having this problem for (at least) over a week. I even created a new Epic game with a different email address, same result.
