how do i add wind in my scene in unreal engine 5.6.1 to make that wind interactive with trees in scene

Just enable wind in the foliage material, there are options for basic wind and advanced wind

Hey there @LUCIFER1803! Welcome to the community! As Wrath mentioned, if you’re using assets from Megascans or other sources, the material instance itself should have a wind toggle in the asset details that can enable it with minimal tweaking.

If you wanted this for a custom asset but have access to some of the Megascans foliage, you could use the built in Wind Material nodes or make a material instance of that Megascans foliage master material M_MS_Foliage since it has lots of useful features. You can find it searching your Engine files if you have Megascans foliage at all.

However, if you want to create a custom wind, there is a built in Wind material node. Though if you’d like a fully custom wind, here’s one light weight resource to do so.
