Hi everybody, there is a major bug for the local splitscreen in unreal 5.1 and above. Basically when you add a 2nd local player the connected gamepads will not control the 2nd player. All gamepads and KBM will only control the first player. Ive seen people saying they have workaround but not showing a simple blueprint workaround for this. Can somebody please show a blueprint and explain a simple way to workaround this problem? Thanks!!
If you don’t need it, disable it in the plugins and revert the input component + player input classes back to default in the project settings. They must learn not to break stuff constantly… EPIC usually doesn’t respond to these issues, they just leave it broken… Did no one there test splitscreen before releasing 5.1? Is it that dead? XD
Is this inside of the GameMode blueprint?
