Unlock display at render queue for motion blur

So I’ve imported animation I made from a rigging system called Craft Animation. I imported it from 3dsMax using datasmith, and then I tried to render some nice motion blur. And I found out that if I unlocked display rate at runtime(which made anti-aliasing render better motion blur), my animation messed up…

Is there any way I can render some nice motion blur with a locked display rate at runtime?
Or maybe I should just render it at 60 frames and then add motion blur in AE? I worried I won’t get accurate motion blur if I added them in compsiting

Please help…

Did anyone ever figure this out? Having the same issue myself. Would love to be able to render with motion blur without the wheels going crazy!
