Unllock All dont work on big projects.

Summary

Dont know how but due to some validation issues one of team member push changes and all 75k actors on the map currently locked and unlock all dont help due to hard lock on backend. Error in log. Only migration of project help.

Steps to Reproduce

Run Viladation fix-up. Push cahnges, locked all files. Cant unlock all actors cause of max available message length.

Another variant of reproduce. Accidentally click save all on the folder name of the project and same error in log. Nobody can unlock all, only small amount of assets can be unlocked. Cant say how much cause have no time to test this.

Expected Result

On unlock all unlock all assets/actors on the map despite of the project size.

Observed Result

Nothing happens on unlock all. Error massage in logs.
