Recen there was an unfair suspension wave, alot of creators were unfai susp includ me for appar violating the IARC guidelines, while i havent had an island rejection since last month. These 2 rejections were for the iarc thumbnail guidelines but i listened to the warning and changed the thumbnails on all of them and appeal the decision and the appeal was lifted. Ive heard of many more creators in the program that got unfairly suspended i hope that epic can look into this cause nearly all creators got suspended, i even got suspended a whole month for a thumbnail rejection that got lifted!
hey im in the same exact place as you. Ive been getting flasley suspended every month since march for violating rules 1.13. I have gone over with epic support, featured UEFN creators and have had multiple talks regarding what is causing me getting flasley suspended for rule 1.13 and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m told that I am in the right and there is nothing wrong. These false suspensions have caused me to lose out over 5K worth of earnings from my maps. Everytime I get suspended I have to put myself through a rigouris journey of reaching out to epic support for an entire week to try and get resuspended. Sometimes it takes a week, and sometimes it takes an entire month! Imagine your self being convicted of something you have not committed and when you try to reach out for help you are just looked at and not given any help! I thought I was alone in this boat of false suspensions and to see many other notable creators getting flasley suspension just showcases the lack of professionalism there is! To be this unprofessional when there are clear indications and signs in mind bogling. Epic please us small to mid size creators are getting flasley punished and you guys are not helping! Please look onto us because we need help! This is unfair!
I have multiple sanctions on my account for the same issue, all of which are errors created by the automated system for uploading UEFN creations.
No human being has actually inspected my island, as the sanctions were activated immediately upon me submitting my island for review.
The system is detecting is that my island violates your IP Ownership rule. This is factually untrue; everything in my island is an original creation to the best of my knowledge. I can provide proof upon request.
If I knew what was causing the error I would fix it immediately. Because of this glitch, I am unable to update my island and push new public releases.
As of now, my sanction appeals have also been ignored.
Just got suspended for the second time unfairly because of AI. I’ve been a island creator since December 2023 and just started getting suspended this month and last month. I’m really upset and have contacted Epic and they simply say to send a appeal about the island being rejected and nothing about lifting suspension. I see one of you have been unsuspended by contacting them so I will try to contact them. Wish me luck!
