Unexpected issues with UE 5.4

Hello folks! I hope everyone here is ok

I’m here to ask for your wisdom. Recently I decided to give 5.4 a chance for a real estate project Project and while developing landscape and exteriors I got no complain but when I moved to interiors this kind of issue started to happen while rendering with movie render queue and in-editor

Any clue how can I solve this?

Regards

Also lights do a strange flickering when I move around the interiors

I have the same issue! It seems to be due to high use of rectangle lights. I have a room with 6 windows and I put a rectangle light for each one. If attenuation radiuses cross each other, this artifact is created. I’m investigating.

Interesting. Let me check

Did you happen to update your GPU drivers recently?

Yes. I updated my gpu drivers on Monday 27 May

Here are my specs and the current driver version.

Ok yeah I would roll back. It sounds like the new drivers are glitchy.

Worked for me, will keep doing some test to see if the issue 100% disappeared.

Thanks for the support

Have a nice weekend

Hello Shaun.
I hope you are doing great!

Nvidia Studio drivers onwards 552.22 (RTX 3090) are giving me this Glitchy issue
The issue persists until most recent Nvidia driver which is 565.90.

Since this is a known issue that keeps happening; Is the developer team in talks with Nvidia to find a solution?

Nvidia is aware. Beyond that, we don’t have much control.
