Undo Button Temporarily breaks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Move/Duplicate Items and Regularly Check the Edit Menu for an Undo Barrier

Expected Result

I can Undo/Ctrl+Z consistently

Observed Result

Undo Barrier Shows up randomly claiming it can’t undo any further but after closing the menu and re-opening it, it can undo

Additional Notes

In the video on 00:20 it can be seen that the Undo Barrier Appeared not letting me Ctrl+Z or Manually undo from that menu and when the menu is closed and re-opened the editor can undo

I don’t know of any specific steps to reproduce the bug (sry)
