Understanding Epic Online Services Limitations

I have read the EOS Limitations of Lobby Interface, Voice Interface and Title Storage Interface but I couldn’t quite get it how it works if wanted to overcome those limitations like having more than 64 players in a Lobby or more that 16 players in a Room “Voice Interface” and so on…
I have three questions,

  1. Can I overcome those limitations with a billing system? or I can’t use EOS at all if I wanted higher numbers?
  2. If I can’t use EOS at all can you recommend me a better alternative?
  3. what is the alternative for using EOS Online Multiplayer Voice Chat System? I’ve found Vivox and Photon but I couldn’t find their limitations either.

I don’t believe there’s a way to overcome the EOS limits, but you would need to reach out to an Epic Games worker to see if they can give you an exception. Azure Playfab is an excellent replacement for EOS and may even be better… if you can pay the price. Playfab has a system they call “Party Chat” which will handle all voice and text communications between players.
