I think a lot of arch viz people would like to import a large model into unreal as one piece but individual parts stay together without being separated in the content browser, so the parts can be textured individually without worrying shifting positions. Very much like what can be done in Unity.
However so far I can’t find any solution to that in the discussion here, and at 4.17 version Unreal still make it so difficult.
Can someone enlighten me the simplest way to import a mesh into unreal without combined mesh selected and yet the model stay as one piece instead of separated pieces?
