Summary
I am unable to transfer my UEFN projects to another team I belong to and receive the error message “[DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.content-service.cannot_transfer” I have already tried using an incognito browser window, as suggested in a support article, but this did not work either.
I also tried contacting support but nobody there knew a solution either.

Steps to Reproduce
I do not know how to reproduce this issue.
The error might be caused because I recently started to sign up for the island creator program but didn’t complete the registration. I don’t know how else the problem could be reproduced.
Expected Result
The project should get transferred to the selected team.
Observed Result
The project can’t get transferred.
Error message: [DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.content-service.cannot_transfer
