Unable to transfer projects from one team to another

Summary

Whenever I attempt to transfer a project from one team to another. The team is owned by a different account, not sure if this makes any difference.

I get the following error in the creator portal:
[DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.not_found

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the creator portal
2. Attempt to transfer a project to another team

Expected Result

The map transfers to the other team.

Observed Result

The map does not transfer to the other team and I get the error: [DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.not_found

Exact same problem here. I’ve tried everything, including transferring to a new team that’s just me.

Hello,

The account being used to transfer should be enrolled into the Creator Engagement Program. It doesn’t look like this account is. Also, only team owners can transfer projects. Thank you!

I have the same problem when I go to send the map to another team it tells me [DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.content-service.cannot_transfer
