Throwables buildings like port a bunkers do not place on any cliffs from the cliff gallery.

Steps to Reproduce

Place down theh Hermes Cliff and throw a bunker on it

Expected Result

The bunker places on contact.

Observed Result

The bunker line before throwing appears red and when thrown slides over the cliff and eventually places semi underground in the cliff.
