Summary
I’ve seen this issue floating around since April of 2023, but it’s happening for me now. I go through the whole tax interview and at the end, the page won’t progress after I click “submit W-9”. I’ve already contacted support about it and they’re unaware of the issue and were unable to truly help. I did see a pop-up announcement on one of the creator sites saying Epic is aware of the tax interview issues, but I figured that I’d create a bug report since I can’t find the pop up message anymore. Please help!
Steps to Reproduce
Go through enrollment process, start tax interview, get to last page and click “submit W-9”.
Expected Result
Go through tax interview steps, get to last page and click “submit W-9”, enrollment finished and you can continue to the payment information.
Observed Result
Get to last page of tax interview, click “submit W-9”, and page does not progress to next step.
